Our flexible service options allow you to choose the level of support that best meets your requirements and business needs - from normal office hours, to 24 hours/365 days a year response - or full-time, on-site engineers.
Whether you have a contract with associated service level agreements, or call into our Helpdesk on an ad hoc basis, we will confirm your requirement with you and agree a time to visit your premises to rectify the fault. At all times you remain in control of the situation. On completion, our engineers will provide you with a fault resolution report for your records.
All our staff are accredited, so you have access to a team of fully trained and qualified field engineers, who can rectify the fault on your premises, or replace the faulty equipment and take it back to base for repair.
